Welcome to the website for the Parish of Christ the King. My name is Fleur
Green and I am the Vicar of this parish.
Our Parish is made up of St. Luke with St. Philip's Church and St. Mark's,
Witton. It was in 2003 that the two churches began working together and
became a joint parish in December 2005. I hope you enjoy looking at our
website and find what you are looking for. Please feel free to contact us, or
even come and join us - you would be most welcome.

St. Luke's is located 5 Min's
from the Blackburn town
centre, at the Banktop region
of the town.
We have a large open plan
church and a church hall that
has many uses with reasonable
parking facilities, that the
community and the local
school's use.
St. Mark's Witton
St. Mark's is located 10
Min's from Blackburn town
centre, at the Witton region
of the town.
St. Mark's is an old church
that is rich in history, whilst
retaining a warm and
welcoming atmosphere.

Our Parish Prayer
Christ the King to whom all authority has been given in heaven and on
earth. We know him as our Lord. We give to him our obedience. We
dedicate our lives to his service. Come, Lord Jesus, and reign in us and
help us reveal your kingdom in this world, to the honour of your name.
